Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.

- Develop and implement intuitive user-facing features and backend logic using modern frameworks.

- Ensure seamless end-to-end integration between frontend, backend, and external systems.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of all components across the tech stack.

- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.

- Contribute to product roadmap, technical architecture, and long-term strategy in collaboration with the founding team.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development efficiency and product performance.

Required Qualifications :

- 35 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Proficient in JavaScript (React/Next.js, Node.js) and either Java or Python for backend services.

- Experience deploying and scaling services on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Solid exposure to RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

- Product-first mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous startup environments.

- Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience as an early team member or ex-founding engineer at a startup.

- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, recommendation engines, or ecommerce tech stacks.

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech initiatives.
