Role Overview :

As an SDE-2 (Frontend) at PlatinumRx, you will be the technical owner of the performance and SEO of our customer-facing platform. This role is for engineers who go beyond feature delivery and drive high-impact frontend strategies, especially around web performance, technical SEO, and scalability.

You will also play a leadership role mentoring junior engineers and ensuring our frontend architecture is maintainable, scalable, and optimized for both users and search engines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Ownership : Optimize and maintain Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to deliver a best-in-class user experience

- Technical SEO : Own frontend SEO strategy including SSR, SSG, ISR, structured data, and crawlability

- Frontend Architecture : Design and build reusable UI components and shared libraries using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

- Leadership & Mentorship : Guide junior frontend engineers and lead by example

- Code Quality : Drive architectural standards through rigorous PR reviews and best practices

- Technical Design : Create frontend technical specs and design documents for major initiatives

- Observability : Monitor production performance and SEO regressions; improve frontend observability signals

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in high-growth product-based companies

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js

- Proven experience in technical SEO (Schema.org, meta tags, canonical URLs)

- Hands-on experience with Lighthouse, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights

- Practical knowledge of AWS, Docker, and Vercel deployment workflows

- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems via APIs

- Ability to own frontend delivery end-to-end and lead initiatives independently
