- Lead Backend Development : Drive the development and maintenance of backend services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development using Django.

- Strong background in building scalable and robust backend architecture.

- Strong knowledge of database management and architecture, with hands-on experience in Postgres or MongoDB.

- Experience designing and deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Understanding of server-side principles and the ability to write high-quality, testable, and reusable code.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development team and communicate effectively.

- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.

- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like GIT.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Good at analyzing and solving problems.

- Passionate about working in a start-up.
