About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate Backend or Full Stack Developer with strong foundational knowledge in computer science, Java, and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for building reliable, scalable backend services and collaborating closely with frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

- Contribute to building high-performance, scalable microservices and APIs.

- Work closely with frontend developers and contribute to basic UI implementation using HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

- Implement efficient data models and interact with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and API design to build optimized backend systems.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to design discussions, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security and reliability.

- Collaborate across teams to deliver features and enhancements within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Java frameworks.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of responsive web design.

- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals data structures, algorithms, object-oriented principles, and API design.

- 2- 4 years of experience in backend development or full stack development using :

1. Java, Spring Boot

2. MySQL / PostgreSQL

3. HTML, CSS

4. React / Vue / Angular (basic knowledge preferred)

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills :

- Ability and willingness to learn new frameworks, libraries, or programming languages.

- Demonstrated experience in :

1. Mentoring peers or junior developers

2. Reviewing code or design documents

3. Sharing knowledge through technical talks, blogs, documentation, or community involvement

- Exposure to microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native development.
