We are seeking a Software Development Engineer I to support a cutting-edge AI project focused on improving the quality and reliability of AI-generated code. Key Responsibilities :

- Apply critical judgment to select the most accurate, efficient, and appropriate solutions from multiple code outputs.

- Ensure chosen code solutions meet industry standards, best practices, and customer expectations.

- Create high-quality code samples and demonstrations to establish benchmarks for what constitutes "good" AI-generated code.

- Provide comprehensive feedback on code quality and decision rationale to enhance the LLM's future performance.

- Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to continuously improve the models capabilities.

- Keep up-to-date with evolving trends in software development, coding standards, and AI integration.

Mandatory Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in at least two programming languages (Python and JavaScript preferred).

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, code optimization, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in writing technical content, such as code tutorials, documentation, or standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience evaluating or working with AI-powered systems, especially code generation tools.

- Familiarity with a range of software development methodologies and architectural patterns.

- Understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and how they intersect with software development.

- Contributions to coding standards, guidelines, or community documentation.
