About the Role

MoveInSync is a leading enterprise mobility and SaaS platform. We're hiring across SDE levels whether you're just starting out or a seasoned engineer with system design chops, we have a place for you.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain features across MoveInSync's core product platform

Write clean, maintainable code in Java or Python with a focus on reliability and scale

Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end to end

For SDE-2 and above: contribute to system design, service architecture, and code reviews

For SDE-3: lead technical design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and own delivery across complex modules

Must Have

Strong DSA fundamentals and problem-solving skills

Java or Python ability to write production-quality code

For SDE-3: proven experience working on scale, system design, and distributed systems

Good to Have

Springboot backend service development

claude-code, Kafka, Postgres, Redis experience with any of these is a strong plus

Prior experience at a product company or scale-up
