The Role:

Drive Snapmint's mobile growth by owning the development and performance of key Android app features. This role builds scalable solutions for non-credit card users across India. The work directly impacts seamless checkout experiences and nationwide user acquisition.

What You Own:

- Feature Ownership & Reliability: End-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of high-performance, reusable Android features to ensure a seamless checkout experience for millions of users.

- System Scalability & Architecture: Maintenance and modern application architecture (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM) to keep the app reliable, maintainable, and ready to scale nationwide.

What You Bring:

- 1 - 3.6 years of hands-on Android development experience with strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, modern application architecture (MVVM, Jetpack Compose), and standard Android libraries (Retrofit, Room, WorkManager).

- Core CS fundamentals and optimization skills, including strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, memory leak debugging, and performance profiling using standard tools.

Good to Have:

- Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment using tools like Jira for rapid sprint execution.

- Solid understanding of Google Material Design guidelines and common mobile UX patterns/anti-patterns.
