You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including quantitative researchers and product managers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, reliable backend services.

Your contributions will directly impact the latency, security, and scalability of our systems, ensuring that our users receive real-time data and seamless execution capabilities in a fast-paced market environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-throughput backend services using Golang to ensure system stability and performance under heavy load.

- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support the growing data requirements of our financial platforms.

- Optimize database queries and API response times to improve the overall efficiency of our internal and external tools.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to perform code reviews and establish best practices that maintain high standards of code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and maintain the integrity of our financial data pipelines.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building production-grade applications using Golang, with a deep understanding of concurrency patterns and memory management.

- Hands-on experience in deploying and managing microservices architecture within the AWS ecosystem, including services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, and SQS.

- Ability to design efficient data models and work with both relational and NoSQL databases to support complex business logic.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in backend software development, preferably within a high-growth product or financial services environment.

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Bangalore, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and technical ownership.
