Job Summary :

We are looking for a forward-thinking Software Development Engineer with a strong AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications while leveraging Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation, automation, and measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain application components for multiple clients

- Independently perform tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role

- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights

- Contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices

- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative and Agentic AI

- Apply AI to solve complex business problems, automate processes, and enhance enterprise workflows

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and alignment with client requirements

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development

- Solid understanding of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks

- Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git

- Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI, including :

- Prompt engineering

- AI evaluation frameworks

- Responsible and scalable AI implementation

- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives and deliver tangible value

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development

- Exposure to AI-driven application development preferred

- 15 years of full-time education required
