Software Development Engineer - Backend Technologies

Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, or C++ to ensure high availability and low latency for our global user base.

- Lead the technical strategy for High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) to build modular, maintainable, and extensible software architectures.

- Optimize complex algorithms and data structures to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs for the business.

- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
