About the Role:

We are looking for Software Development Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of features, system design, performance optimisation, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-ready applications.

- Own features from development through deployment and production support.

- Build scalable systems capable of handling growing users, traffic, and data.

- Work with APIs, databases, and application architecture.

- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, debugging, testing, and productivity.

- Take ownership of technical problems and drive solutions.

Requirements:

- 2 - 5 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Scala, or Ruby.

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and System Design.

- Experience building or maintaining production applications serving 100K+ users.

- Experience with Backend, Frontend, or Full Stack development.

- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and application architecture.

- Experience with AI-assisted coding/development tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

Good to Have:

- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, CI/CD, and containerisation.

- Experience working with high-traffic or large-scale applications.

- Experience in product companies, startups, or fast-paced engineering environments.
