Software Developer - Python/React.js

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development and modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue.js).

The role involves working on scalable, high-performance applications, including legacy systems and modern component-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React and/or Vue.js

- Work with a mix of legacy Jinja templates and modern Vue.js components

- Build, enhance, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

- Ensure best practices in version control (Git) and clean code standards

Technical Stack :

Backend :

- Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

Frontend :

- React.js, Vue.js, Jinja Templates (Legacy)

Databases :

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (MongoDB is dominant, especially in LOS systems)

Version Control :

- Git

Development Methodology :

- Agile / Scrum

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Vue.js

- Extensive experience in Python backend development

- Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Good command over Git and version control workflows

Desirable / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Cloud exposure, preferably AWS
