Role Overview :

As a Software Developer at Placregen, you will operate at the intersection of high-level system architecture and hands-on implementation. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex software systems, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains resilient, scalable, and efficient. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into sophisticated technical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance software solutions using .NET and Java frameworks to ensure system stability and scalability.

- Lead complex system design initiatives, creating modular and maintainable codebases that align with long-term business objectives.

- Manage the end-to-end IT project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

- Implement and optimize DevOps pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve the efficiency of the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance overall system performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Java ecosystems, with 5 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.

- Proven ability to architect complex distributed systems, with a deep understanding of design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure.

- Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code, to ensure robust delivery cycles.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a track record of managing technical projects from conception to production in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Delhi NCR, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
