Responsibilities :

- Apply engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and implementation of products.

- Leverage debugging and testing processes and protocols to finalize code.

- Perform new feature exploration of each solution to determine feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities.

- Work on new development and defect fixes.

- Address planned and unplanned production issues, coordination, maintenance, communication, and business support.

- Document and implement change control and best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.

- Perform operations tasks such as monitoring application performance.

- Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to design new features.

- Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement.

- Continuously improve software engineering practices and built-in automation for manual processes.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go, or similar).

- Knowledge of modern software development frameworks and platforms.

- Understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.
