Software Developer - AngularJS/Node.js

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and ensure seamless integration.

- Developing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

- Implementing security and data protection measures.

- Optimising applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the entire stack.

- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Participating in code reviews and contributing to team best practices.

- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Firestore DB and Azure devops

- Proven experience in developing web applications using Angular (e. g., Angular 7+).

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js .

- Expertise in frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience with building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

- Familiarity with database systems (relational, like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and/or NoSQL, like MongoDB).

- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Desired Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e. g., Jasmine, Karma for Angular; Mocha, Chai, Jest for Node.js ).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
