Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and maintenance of software applications using ASP.NET MVC (web Portals), React Native (Mobile), Node.js and MS SQL Server(Backend Data) platforms. You will lead a team of software developers and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Lead the development and implementation of software applications using ASP.NET, React Native, and MS SQL Server platforms.

- Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Project Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, create project plans, and set realistic timelines and deliverables.

- Technical Expertise : Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in ASP.NET, React Native, and MS SQL Server, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

- Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and performance optimization techniques.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges faced during the software development process.

- Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of software designs, architecture, and technical specifications.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software applications.

- Project Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ASP.NET, React Native, Node.js and MS SQL Server platforms. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#/React Native, JavaScript/MS SQL Server, and related technologies. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of software developers.
