- Candidate with 7+ Yrs experience in Intune and endpoint management experience like Software Distribution and application management, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, root cause analysis and faster resolution of distribution failures.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Good technical documentation skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

- Candidate with 5+ Yrs Strong experience in Software management and Patch management using Intune.

- Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade in an enterprise IT environment.

- Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 5+ years experience within engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data centre computing environment.

- In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.

- Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on Configuration manager.

- Good Experience in Endpoint Management.

- Experience in managing Intune environment and administration of an enterprise Tenant.

- Hands on experience in Deploying Windows AutoPilot.

- Hands on experience in rolling out MAM and MDM solutions for enterprises.
