Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Architect / Principal Engineer/ Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development typically expertise in the Banking Systems,

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of our entire fintech systems

- Defining the architecture of the system, including integrations with external schemes in a fintech environment

- Ensuring that the systems are compliant with global standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize project requirements

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Provide technical vision and direction for software products

Requirements :

- 9+ years of experience in software development in Fintech

- Should be expertise in designing & architecture

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
