Software Architect II

Location : Chennai, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture & Design

- Define and validate technical architectures across .NET, Java, and modern frameworks.

- Design AI/ML solutions for classification, prediction, NLP, and LLM-based use cases.

- Evaluate solution options and recommend optimal architectures to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across platforms.

Technical Leadership :

- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

- Review code, ensure quality standards, and lead performance optimization.

- Drive experimentation and prototyping with AI/ML and NLP tools.

- AI/ML & NLP Solution Development

- Design and implement ML pipelines, model training workflows, and production deployments.

- Integrate NLP capabilities including text classification, sentiment analysis, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation using LLMs.

- Leverage platforms and tools such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.

Project Delivery :

- Oversee end-to-end application development, including planning, estimation, development, integration, and deployment.

- Drive adoption of SaaS and PaaS solutions and deliver secure, scalable web/mobile applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define AI-driven product features and enhancements.

Client Engagement :

- Serve as a technical point of contact for client stakeholders.

- Lead technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, and AI capability demonstrations.

- Manage expectations, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across teams.

- Change & Release Management

- Define and manage change control processes.

- Oversee release planning, deployment, and validation.

- Ensure compliance, security, and audit requirements are met for all components, including AI solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in application development and technical leadership.

- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions on .NET, Java, and modern cloud platforms.

- 2+ years of practical experience in AI/ML solution development, including NLP and/or LLM implementations.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable AI deployment.

Skills & Attributes :

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud services, and security best practices.

- Deep knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.

- Experience implementing and optimizing NLP and LLM-based solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership.

- Strong focus on quality, performance, and innovation.

Skills :
