We are looking for an experienced Software Architect Test Automation to lead enterprise-scale automation initiatives and define next-generation testing strategies across products and platforms. This is a leadership-driven role focused on building scalable automation frameworks, driving quality engineering transformation, and mentoring high-performing automation teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable UI, API, and performance automation frameworks across enterprise products.

- Lead automation strategy implementation using modern tools and AI-driven testing technologies.

- Build and enhance automation ecosystems integrated with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.

- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and product stakeholders to improve product quality and release efficiency.

- Drive transformation of manual testing processes into automated, reusable, and maintainable solutions.

- Mentor automation engineers and establish best practices, coding standards, and testing guidelines.

- Evaluate and implement modern automation tools, frameworks, and testing approaches.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, and JMeter.

- Hands-on experience building enterprise automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with API testing, UI automation, and performance testing.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab.

- Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review practices.

- Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

- Cloud platform exposure: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native testing environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
