Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Architect to define scalable, secure and reliable architecture for our AI-powered platform. The role involves working closely with the CTO, Product and Engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentoring engineers and driving architecture from design to production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the technology and architecture roadmap.

- Design scalable, modular and cloud-native applications and microservices.

- Lead system design, API strategy, data flow and architecture reviews.

- Establish engineering standards, design patterns and best practices.

- Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews.

- Drive technical planning, estimation and delivery.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, Infrastructure and AI teams.

- Support performance optimization, scalability, observability and production issues.

Required Skills:

- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, system design and architecture.

- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js/Hapi.js and microservices.

- Experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Redux.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS/Azure.

- Good understanding of CI/CD, TDD/BDD and automated testing.

- Experience with Kafka, GraphQL or serverless architectures is a plus.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and mentoring skills.
