Software Architect

Key Responsibilities/Tasks :

- Evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions for our digital products

- Documenting architecture and software development procedures

- Suggesting and implementing solutions for process improvement

- Planning and guiding all technical aspects of software projects

- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement product specifications

- Successfully communicating concepts and guidelines to development teams

- Providing technical guidance and coaching developers and engineers

- Quality and security assurance for the developed concepts and implemented software

Key requirements/Profile :

- Higher education in a technical field (computer science, engineering) or equivalent professional experience of 10 to 12 yrs

- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead in agile development environments

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices

- Knowledge of current technologies, our technology stack includes Kotlin / Java, .Net, Java Script, React, RabbitMQ, Postgres

- Dynamic individual with a strong sense of personal initiative, critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

- Professional experience in an industrial environment is considered a plus

- Experience in use of Jira, Confluence, Asana and standard office applications
