About the Role :

We are looking for a Partner - AI Transformation (Principal / Director) to lead enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep consulting experience, strong technology understanding, and the ability to guide organizations through large-scale transformation programs from strategy to execution.

This role requires working closely with C-suite leaders, driving AI adoption, and delivering measurable business impact across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver enterprise AI transformation programs from concept, pilot, to full-scale implementation.

- Develop and execute AI, data, and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities using AI and emerging technologies.

- Drive adoption of Generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics across business processes.

- Lead cross-functional teams including business, technology, data science, and operations teams.

- Build and manage long-term client relationships while ensuring successful program outcomes.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies and value propositions.

- Ensure measurable business impact, operational efficiency, and ROI from transformation initiatives.

Required Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership roles.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.

- Prior experience working as Principal / Director / Partner in consulting or technology services organizations.

- Experience working across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, or Hi-Tech.

Technology Expertise :

- AI/ML and Advanced Analytics - model deployment, data-driven decision making, and MLOps.

- Generative AI & LLMs - enterprise use cases, responsible AI frameworks, and GenAI-enabled automation.

- Digital Transformation - cloud adoption, ERP modernization, enterprise architecture, and platform integration.

- Automation & RPA - tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

Leadership & Skills :

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
