Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Fullstack Developer with 58+ years of hands-on experience in full stack application development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern .NET technologies, front-end frameworks like React, and backend services development using microservices architecture. This role requires a strong passion for technology, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using .NET 8, C#, Typescript, React 18, and Node.js.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions that enhance user experience.

- Develop and integrate backend services using GraphQL, REST, and gRPC APIs.

- Architect, build, and optimize microservices-based solutions with a strong understanding of performance and scalability requirements.

- Implement real-time data delivery and solutions for large data transfers, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Leverage cloud-based technologies such as Azure AI Search, Redis Cache, Blob Storage, and PostgreSQL for building intelligent and high-performance applications.

- Use Redux for state management in front-end applications.

- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure high code quality with unit testing and automation tools.

- Maintain and enhance the application infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and optimize application performance.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development and contribute innovative ideas to improve product and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 58+ years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET 8, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Expertise in React 18, with solid understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, state management (Redux), and component-driven architecture.

- Experience working with Node.js for server-side development.

- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.

- Hands-on experience developing APIs using GraphQL, REST, and gRPC.

- Familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure AI Search, Blob Storage, and Redis.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems design patterns.

- Proficient in using PostgreSQL and understanding of various file system operations.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and infrastructure as code.

- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a "can-do" attitude.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to other cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with performance monitoring, logging frameworks, and telemetry tools.

- Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.
