Required Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in EDI/API operations (5-8 years for Lead)
- Strong hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi or similar EDI platforms
Solid knowledge of EDI & API communication protocols :
1. AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, MQ, JMS
- Experience handling certificates, encryption, and security
- Knowledge of EDI data formats (EDIFACT, X12, XML, JSON)
- Strong Linux/Unix operating system experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language
- Experience with cloud platforms; exposure to Kubernetes / cloud-native technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and hands-on mindset
- Fluent English with strong customer-facing communication skills
