Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks and related technologies.

- Implement data models, data transformations, and integrations across multiple sources.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business insights.

- Work closely with business and analytics teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization in all data processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance and quality best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Mandatory Skills :

- Databricks : Strong hands-on experience in data engineering and notebook development.

- SQL : Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

- Power BI : Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- ETL / Data Engineering : Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable ETL processes.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong logical thinking and debugging ability.

- Remote Work Readiness : Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Optional / Plus Skills :

- Familiarity with Delta Lake and Delta Live Tables (DLT).

- Experience with Cloud Platforms Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Working knowledge of Python or PySpark for data transformation and automation.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data lake architectures.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics.
