We are seeking an experienced Camunda BPM Developer with a strong background in business process management and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process automation solutions using Camunda BPM. This role requires deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 standards, Java development, and modern integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Camunda BPM Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy workflow and decision automation solutions using Camunda Modeler, Cockpit, Tasklist, and DMN.

- Implement BPMN 2.0 workflows, event-driven processes, and decision tables ensuring scalability and performance.

- Develop custom connectors, external tasks, and process orchestration components.

Technical Development & Integration :

- Build and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot.

- Create and consume REST APIs for communication between Camunda and external systems.

- Integrate Camunda BPM with RDBMS such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

- Work with messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ for event-driven workflow integration.

Architecture & DevOps :

- Collaborate with architects to design microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Work with Git-based workflows and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Collaboration & Problem Solving :

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflow specifications.

- Troubleshoot workflow issues, debug process failures, and optimize process performance.

- Provide support during UAT, deployment, and production rollout.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Camunda BPM.

- Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, process modeling, and orchestration techniques.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and workflow integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Understanding of Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
