You'll work with our Tech Lead and US-based engineering team to develop high-quality features, ensure code quality, and contribute to technical decisions while building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Implementation :

- Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Next.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.

- Build and maintain features across the full stack frontend and backend.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Write clean, testable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Optimize application performance and database queries.

Technical Collaboration :

- Collaborate with Tech Lead on technical design and implementation approaches.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute technical ideas.

- Work with Technical PM to break down user stories and provide estimates.

- Implement security best practices and handle sensitive healthcare data securely.

- Write and maintain technical documentation.

- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with US engineering team during overlapping hours.

Quality & Best Practices :

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

- Follow established coding standards and design patterns.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements.

- Contribute to technical debt reduction.

- Stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.

- Share knowledge with team members through code reviews and pair programming.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years hands-on full stack development experience.

- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency ES6+, async patterns.

- Production experience with Node.js/Nest.js building RESTful APIs, microservices.

- Solid Next.js/React skills SSR, components, hooks, state management.

- Database experience MongoDB and PostgreSQL (queries, schema design, optimization).

- Git proficiency branching, merging, pull requests.

- API design and integration RESTful principles, authentication (JWT, OAuth).

- Cloud platform exposure AWS/Azure/GCP basics.

- Testing Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.

- Vercel Platform Experience Deployments, Preview Environments, Serverless Functions.

- Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus.

- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Good English communication skills.

- Comfortable collaborating with US team during their business hours.
