Job Title: QA Engineer - SAP Hybris

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Hybris (SAP Commerce) applications, AI-driven solutions, and web platforms.

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases aligned with eCommerce and AI product requirements.

- Identify, document, and track bugs through the defect management lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to understand requirements and define robust test strategies.

Automation Testing

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks for Hybris modules and AI applications.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive/manual test cases, including AI model validation scenarios.

- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks with scalability for both Hybris and AI-driven solutions.

Collaboration

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Hybris developers, AI engineers, product managers, designers) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and provide insights on test strategy, risks, and progress.

- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test artifacts and environments.

Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated with emerging QA trends, Hybris upgrades, and AI platforms.

- Contribute to the evolution of testing frameworks and processes, especially in areas of AI validation and eCommerce performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) applications and automation.

- Hands-on experience testing AI-based applications, data-driven features, or recommendation systems.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, or Python) for automation and data validation.

- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to test complex AI-driven features.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
