Description : Presales Technical Business Analyst.

Location : Hyderabad.

Department : Sales & Presales.

Reports to : Presales Manager.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Presales Technical Business Analyst to support global presales and solutioning initiatives across our technology services portfolio.

This role bridges business requirements with technical capabilities - driving proposal creation, requirement gathering, and coordination with Sales, Delivery, and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Analysis : Engage with clients to understand business challenges, functional requirements, and technical expectations.

- Solution Design Support : Translate requirements into functional and technical documentation - including BRDs, FRDs, SOWs, and wireframes.

- Proposal & RFP Support : Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to prepare structured responses, cost estimates, and solution outlines.

- Collaboration : Partner with global Sales, Delivery, and Presales teams to align proposed solutions with delivery capabilities.

- Client Engagement : Participate in discovery calls, demos, and workshops to articulate solution value.

- Repository Management : Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, success stories, and presales collateral.

Requirements :

- Experience : 5- 8 years in Presales / Business Analysis / IT Solutioning roles.

- Technical Skills : Understanding of Web & Mobile Applications, Cloud (Azure/AWS), APIs, and SDLC processes.

- Business Skills : Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation capabilities.

- Experience in preparing proposals, SOWs, and functional specifications.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, or equivalent.

- Education : Bachelors in IT / Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).

Success Metrics :

- Accuracy and completeness of requirement and solution documentation.

- Conversion rate improvement of qualified opportunities (>25%).

- Positive stakeholder feedback from Sales and Delivery teams.

- Contribution to reusable solution assets and templates.
