About the Role :

Softobiz is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain well-structured, type-safe applications that address real-world healthcare challenges. You will contribute across our SaaS product, including doctor dashboards, patient portals, backend systems for prescriptions, pharmacy coordination, and clinical workflows.

Tech Stack :

- Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI

- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC, Prisma, PostgreSQL

- Tooling: Turborepo (monorepo), modern CI/CD pipelines, Vercel

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain features across Next.js web applications for patients, providers, and partners.

- Develop type-safe APIs with tRPC to handle core business logic, workflows, and provider operations.

- Design responsive, accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI.

- Contribute to the monorepo architecture and maintain a modular, scalable codebase using Turborepo.

- Optimize application performance, particularly for data-heavy tables, charts, and real-time updates.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features quickly while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience: 6+ years in a modern TypeScript development environment.

- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and API architecture.

- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Prisma or similar ORM/database technologies.

- Familiarity with tRPC or strong interest in strongly typed API patterns.

- Experience with monorepo setups and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Bonus: Experience in healthcare or regulated platforms
