Job Title : Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / SME.

Location : Kochi / Hyderabad / Mohali (Hybrid).

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Experience Level : 4-8 Years.

Reports to : Technical Delivery Manager ERP Practice.

Role Summary : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / Subject Matter Expert to join our ERP delivery team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC), particularly in cloud environments, and be proficient in both functional configuration and technical extension development.

You will contribute to full-cycle ERP projects involving finance, lease, procurement, and workflow modules.


Key Responsibilities :

- ERP Implementation & Configuration Configure and implement core D365 BC modules : General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, and Job Costing.

- Setup dimensions, posting groups, approval workflows, document templates, and other core configurations.

- Development & Customization Design and develop extensions in AL using Visual Studio Code.

- Build APIs and integrate with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, payroll systems, portals).

- Customize workflows and approvals using D365 native tools and Power Automate as required.

- Data & Migration Assist in master data mapping, cleansing, and uploading using standard configuration packages or data migration templates.

- Perform data validation and support test imports and reconciliations.

- Testing & Go-Live Support Participate in functional and technical testing (UAT/SIT).

- Provide deployment and Hypercare support, and assist in issue resolution post-go-live.

- Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with business analysts and project managers to deliver on requirements.

- Create and maintain technical design documentation, integration specifications, and system configurations.


Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with D365 Business Central (preferably SaaS/cloud).

- Proficient in AL language, Visual Studio Code, API integrations, and extensions.

- Solid understanding of Finance, Job Costing, Procurement, and Fixed Assets modules.

- Experience with Power Platform, Web Services, OData, and REST API integration.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and testing skills.


Good to Have :

- Experience with partner solutions like Soft4RealEstate, Continia, or Acsiss Connect.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of IFRS 16, AASB 16 or global lease accounting standards.

- Experience in Agile or hybrid ERP delivery models.


Educational Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
