Softenger - SAP Testing Engineer - C4C & IS-U Module

Must-Have Skills :

- 9 + years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C & ISU testing.

- Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules : Customer Service, Device Management, Billing.

- Deep understanding of utilities domain workflows.

- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM.

- Familiarity with IDOCs, web services, SAP CPI/PI/PO.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and functional requirements for SAP C4C and ISU systems.

- Design and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for integrated C4CISU processes.

- Validate key utilities processes :

1. Customer Master Data Replication.

2. Service Request & Ticket Handling.

3. Interaction Center Workflows.

4. Move-in/Move-out Processes.

5. Billing & Invoicing Integration.

- Perform integration, regression, and UAT testing across SAP systems.

- Validate middleware integration (SAP CPI/HCI, PI/PO).

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to resolve defects.

- Document and report test results; track and manage defect lifecycle.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Good to Have :

- Experience with automation testing using Tricentis Tosca for SAP.
