We are looking for a skilled Linux & VMware Administrator with proven expertise in IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will provide L2 support for Linux servers and VMware environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Linux installation, upgrades, and patching (Red Hat / CentOS / Ubuntu).

- Troubleshoot OS-level issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor VMware vSphere & ESXi for performance, availability, and incidents.

- Handle VM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, migration (vMotion), and commissioning/decommissioning.

- Escalate complex issues to L3/specialized teams when needed.

- Follow ITIL processes incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with end-users and IT teams.

- Provide support through calls, chat, and tickets in a 24x7 support environment.

- Basic knowledge of Windows Administration is a plus.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and remote troubleshooting.

- Experience working in a 24x7 support model.

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

- Prior experience in a Service Desk / IT Support environment preferred.
