Senior Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of modern web and mobile applications.

Main Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable web and mobile applications.

- Implement and maintain front-end and back-end functionalities using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Develop and manage RESTful APIs to enhance application performance and integration.

- Evaluate and improve overall application architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical Leadership & Design Reviews :

- Conduct design reviews to ensure best practices in system architecture and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and efficient solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting :

- Monitor and improve application performance, security, and reliability.

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.

- Conduct code reviews and debugging to maintain high code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

- 10+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).

- Expertise in back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or PHP).

- Strong experience with API development & integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP).

- Database management skills (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or similar).

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of system design, software engineering best practices, and Agile methodologies.
