Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee detection, triage, and resolution of security incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and escalation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, etc.) and BFSI regulatory requirements.
- Track and report SOC performance metrics (MTTD, MTTR, SLA adherence).
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen organizational security posture.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, threat intelligence integration, and staff training.
Required Qualifications :
Education :
Certifications :
- Preferable training/certifications such as CISM, ISO27001, CEH, or equivalent.
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI domain with proven track record in SOC operations and leadership.
Skills :
- Strong oral & written communication skills in English and local language.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and contribute to organizational target achievement.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes :
- Ability to translate technical insights into business strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
