Job Description

Role Overview :


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Lead to oversee and drive multiple technology initiatives across the organization. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing ERP & CRM systems, supervising custom application development, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering robust reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring IT strategy is aligned with organizational goals, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities :


Project Leadership :


- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.


- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.


Business Collaboration :


- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.


- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve gaps, streamline processes, and deliver value.


Technology & Applications Management :


- Oversee ERP & CRM platforms, including system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.


- Supervise development and maintenance of custom applications, reporting tools, and analytical dashboards.


- Ensure system scalability, data accuracy, and process efficiency.


Governance & Compliance :


- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.


- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data privacy policies.


Team Management :


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ IT professionals across development, testing, and support functions.


- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.


- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.


Quality & Continuous Improvement :


- Establish best practices in project management, documentation, and change management.


- Drive process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


Preferred candidate :


- Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously


- Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management tools, and stakeholder management.


- Should have handled team size of 10+ members
