Job description :

Core Skills - Strong SQL expertise, - ETL experience (DBT preferred), - Data Warehouse (Snowflake preferred), - Python, MySQL/MSSQL.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake using DBT (Data Build Tool).

- Develop efficient, scalable, and optimized SQL transformation models in DBT.

- Implement ETL/ELT processes and support migrations from legacy systems to Snowflake.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams for requirement gathering and solution design.

- Build and manage DBT deployments, schedules, and CI/CD workflows using Git.

- Perform data modelling and schema design to support analytics and dashboards.

- Integrate Snowflake with upstream/downstream systems including MySQL / MSSQL and cloud data warehouses.

- Ensure data quality, conduct validation checks, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and fix anomalies.

- Support production data workflows, monitoring, debugging, and provide on-prem + cloud pipeline support.

- Maintain documentation for DBT models, data logic, and pipeline workflows.

- Contribute to best practices around query tuning, cost optimization, security, and performance.

- Mentor junior developers and help improve overall team delivery output.
