Role Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Responsible AI Tech Lead to drive ethical AI adoption and governance across enterprise-scale initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring compliance with global standards while enabling business innovation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in data platforms (Snowflake) with strong leadership and governance experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and deployment of Responsible AI frameworks and solutions
- Ensure AI systems align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Responsible AI and data governance
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across data, AI, legal, and business teams
- Provide strategic advisory on AI risks, bias mitigation, explainability, and fairness
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on Responsible AI
- Monitor and audit AI systems for compliance and ethical impact
- Influence organizational AI strategy and decision-making
- Develop scalable solutions for enterprise-wide AI governance challenges
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 18+ years of experience in data engineering, AI, or analytics
- Strong expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse
- Proven experience in Responsible AI, AI governance, or ethical AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI governance standards, etc.)
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have :
- Experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools and model governance platforms
- Familiarity with fairness, bias detection, and explainability tools (e.g., SHAP, LIME)
- Exposure to global AI regulations and policy frameworks
- Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments
