About the Role:
- Were looking for a Senior Product Analyst to work closely with our product and data teams on improving discovery, relevance, and overall user experience across the platform.
- The role involves using data to understand user behavior, build insights that shape product direction, and support decision-making through thoughtful analysis and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze user journeys and behavioral data to identify opportunities for better engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and guide feature development.
- Build and refine analytical models to understand user intent and interaction patterns.
- Design and interpret A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes.
- Develop clear, actionable dashboards and insights for business and product stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in product or data analytics, preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce or any marketplace like hotel, etc.
- Graduation in B.Tech/B.E from premier institute.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with experience handling large data sets.
- Exposure to analytical or modeling work related to search, recommendations, or personalization.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and product metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
