About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Snaplogic_PythonPLSQL to join our technology team onsite in Bangalore or Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SnapLogic (3+ years) and Python (2+ years) development, with strong expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS (S3 and RDS).

This role demands a balance of hands-on technical proficiency and architectural leadership, ensuring end-to-end solution design, robust integration, and smooth delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Provide technical leadership and thought guidance across architecture and technology decisions.

- Develop, deploy, and optimize SnapLogic integration pipelines and Python-based backend services (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

- Build integrations using AWS services, with hands-on experience in S3 (data storage) and RDS (database management).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Product, Data) to deliver seamless integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term fixes.

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and system design discussions.

- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

7+ years of total IT experience, including :

- 3+ years of hands-on SnapLogic experience (pipeline design, orchestration, and integration).

- 2+ years of Python development experience (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

- Strong understanding of AWS, particularly S3 and RDS, as AWS is being used as a database platform.

- Proven ability to design and architect solutions independently with a high-level, end-to-end perspective.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, JSON, XML, and data transformation.

- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership capabilities.

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing integration pipelines using SnapLogic and building data orchestration workflows.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
