Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion BIP/OTBI Consultant with over 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reports within Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate, insightful, and user-friendly reporting solutions that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates based on user and business requirements.

- Create, modify, and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards and analyses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and data visualization needs.

- Validate and ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIP/OTBI reports, performance, and accessibility.

- Optimize existing reports and enhance performance through SQL tuning and query optimization.

- Document technical designs, report specifications, and change management activities.

- Provide end-user training and support for BI tools and reporting functionalities.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion BIP and OTBI.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational database management systems.

- Proven experience in report customization, data validation, and performance tuning.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to other Oracle Cloud modules or tools (HCM, Finance, SCM) will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment in Hyderabad.
