About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.

This role requires a balance of functional HR process understanding and technical proficiency in developing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules.

The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, troubleshooting, and delivery of end-to-end HCM projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, mapping them to Oracle HCM capabilities.

- Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates.

- Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI).

- Provide end-to-end project support requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.

Proven expertise in :

- HCM Extracts

- BI Publisher

- Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

- HCM Data Loader (HDL)

- Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI)

Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
