Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced EPM Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of consultants working on Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple EPM modules, ensure seamless production support, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality enterprise performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of EPM consultants to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

- Act as the SME for Oracle Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Financials, Workforce, and Capital.

- Oversee production support, AMS ticket management, patch upgrades, and issue resolution activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

- Implement best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with client and internal standards.

- Provide technical and functional guidance to team members and support their professional development.

- Engage in client interactions, addressing escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 8- 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation, support, and team leadership.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, Financials, Workforce, Capital, etc.).

- Proven experience managing teams and delivering end-to-end EPM projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Oracle EPM certifications are an added advantage.
