About the Role :

As a Senior Mobile Developer in an AI-first environment, you will :

- Lead by Doing : Guide your team through hands-on coding, AI-enabled design decisions, and solution delivery.

- Architect and Build Intelligent Experiences : Develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications with React Native and Redux, integrating AI features that adapt to real-time user interactions and data.

- Full-Cycle Ownership : Manage the entire lifecyclefrom architecture and coding to AI-assisted testing, deployment, and production support.

- Optimize with AI Insights : Use AI-driven analytics to refine performance, stability, and user experience.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience :

- 6- 8 years of mobile application development; 3- 4 years in a leadership role while coding alongside your team.

Technical Expertise :

- Mastery of React Native, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6 & ES7).

- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, web services, and web sockets.

- Proven track recordat least 5 mobile apps deployed to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Experience with XCode, Android Studio, Gradle, Interface Builder, and iOS/Android SDKs.

AI-Readiness :

- Working knowledge and proven experience integrating AI/ML APIs, AI-based personalization, or analytics into mobile applications.

- Demonstrated use of AI-enhanced development tools for debugging, testing, or performance optimization.
