SmartCOMM Developer - Template Development

Job Overview :

This is a Work From Office (WFO) role offering opportunities to work on innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Guidewire, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage data models within SmartComm to enable dynamic and personalized communications.

- Integrate SmartComm with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Guidewire, and other backend systems.

- Work with XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data transformation formats to enable dynamic content rendering.

- Develop and consume SOAP/RESTful web services to support system integration and automation.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver high quality communication assets.

- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of SmartComm applications, templates, and APIs.

- Follow development best practices and maintain documentation for all technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in template development, data modeling, and SmartComm design components.

- Proven integration experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Guidewire, etc.

- Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST).

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
