Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead with ISMS and QMS experience located in Bengaluru.

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications :

- Experience in implementing and maintaining ISMS and QMS.

- Knowledge of ISO standards related to information security and quality management.

- Leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
