Position : Technical Architect OM.

Experience : 12+ years (with 12 years of relevant experience preferred).

Domain : Telecom, Velocity or Salesforce.

Key Technical Skills :

- Vlocity OM/OM+, CPQ, DataRaptor, Cards, OmniScript, Integration Procedures.

- Salesforce.com platform and Force.com development.

- Vlocity DX, Apex, Lightning Components, Configuration.

- Experience with cloud-based CRM and packaged software.

Non-Technical Skills :

- Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

- Agile/Scrum project experience.

- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Business process understanding, especially in the Insurance domain.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead technical solution design and architecture for Salesforce Vlocity projects.

- Conduct design/code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Guide development teams and ensure project milestones are met.

- Act as the SME for Vlocity solutions and guide clients to optimal solutions.

- Oversee quality assurance and compliance with standards.

- Engage in pre-sales activities and provide technical leadership.

- Handle stakeholder communication and status reporting.
