Skylark Digi Solution - Senior Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio/Vlocity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Salesforce platform development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using Salesforce and Vlocity components, preferably in the Insurance domain.

You will be responsible for end-to-end solution development, working with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement customized Salesforce and Vlocity solutions for business needs, especially within the Insurance domain.

- Develop OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.

- Work on Vlocity CPQ and Order Management (OM/OM+) to design insurance product offerings and quoting workflows.

- Use Vlocity DX and Salesforce development tools (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to build and deploy robust applications.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.

- Guide and mentor junior developers on development standards, practices, and architectural principles.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and scalability across the solution.

- Maintain documentation for technical specifications, solution architecture, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 14 years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Salesforce development and 3+ years in Vlocity/OmniStudio.

- Proficient in Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

Deep hands-on knowledge of Vlocity/OmniStudio tools :

- OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Vlocity CPQ, and OM/OM+.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Vlocity DX, and deployment tools.

- Strong understanding of Insurance industry business processes (policy administration, claims, quoting, renewals, etc.).

- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce/Vlocity implementations.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Security, Governor Limits, Best Practices, and Coding Standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills, capable of client interactions and requirement analysis.

- Experience with cloud-based CRM, packaged software solutions, and Agile methodologies.
