We are seeking n8n Automation Experts to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automated workflows that integrate seamlessly across multiple third-party applications. This role requires strong technical knowledge of APIs, data flows, and workflow automation best practices.

We are hiring 4-5 specialists who can collaborate on building scalable automation systems for different use cases.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain n8n workflows across multiple platforms.

- Integrate third-party services including (but not limited to) :

1. Salesforce (CRM, leads, pipeline management)

2. Airtable / Google Sheets (data management & syncing)

3. Gmail / Outlook (email automation, parsing, notifications)

4. WhatsApp Business API / Twilio (chat & call automation)

5. Retell.ai (voice agent prompt + workflow integration)

6. Slack / Discord (team collaboration & notifications)

7. HubSpot / Zoho (marketing & CRM integrations)

8. Stripe / PayPal (payment and invoicing automation)

9. Calendly / Google Calendar (scheduling & bookings)

10. OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs (AI-based workflow logic)

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow automations.

- Document workflows and provide internal training/support as needed.

Requirements :

- Proven hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.

- Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and webhooks.

- Ability to design end-to-end workflows (triggers, logic, error handling, notifications).

- Familiarity with at least 3-5 major integrations (Salesforce, Airtable, Gmail, WhatsApp, Twilio, Retell.ai, Slack, Stripe, etc.).

- Solid knowledge of data transformations (JSON, CSV, XML) and workflow best practices.

- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Integromat (bonus but not required).

- Clear communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
